Another great showing (29 shooters) and our first IDPA match of the year. Michael Boyd made some great stages and the weather was much warmer than our last match (mid 60s'.) It felt nice to be shooting paper and I tried to shoot good points and use cover more efficiently. I shot 3 down 3's for the match and 13 down 1's for the match for a total off 22 down. I had some issues with the reloads with retention (need to practice those) and I made an sequence engagement error on string 1 stage 5 for a procedural penalty, and on stage 6 I shot to slide lock and when I put the mag in on the load, it didn't pick up a round. Other than that it felt pretty good, the sights were big and clear and I didn't feel as awkward as the last match.

We had a good showing and lots of fun. My 3rd match of the year, it was super cold (30's maybe) and I felt a little rusty the first few stages. I settled down and felt a bit better and the last array on stage 5 and it felt pretty good.
